Efficient, clean, quick service, easy check in and check out. Heather explained everything very well and checked with me before every step of the process with room for questions. Dr. Feldman was nice as well. Excellent care overall. Recommend to everyone in GNV.
Kind and friendly. Science and data based decisions. Modern equipment. Efficient staffing. Kim, the hygienist was EXCELLENT.
I had a great experience here. Very nice facility, Kim was wonderful—very friendly and easy to talk to, patient and thorough, and even suggested a quick and inexpensive fluoride treatment that helped my sensitive teeth. Dr. Feldman and front desk were friendly as well. The new patient special is also a very good deal. Overall this seems like a well-run practice. Would definitely go back.
I went there today for the first time since I moved here in Gainesville and today’s experience was awesome. Ms Heather was my Hygienist and she was so patient, kind, very friendly and even all the staffs and Doc Feldman we’re so approachable and easy to deal with since they were all have a good vibe. The place were clean and vibrant. Will definitely recommend to someone, I left with a good smile it means I got the good service. Thank you everyone.
Very peaceful place, from start to finish! I have severe anxiety with all things dental, but from the completely online registration experience to the fantastic cleaning with Kim, I felt supported, listened to, and comfortable. The dentist was kind & thorough, and the front desk staff were very sweet too. Would definitely recommend!
