Everything was smooth, easy, and fast. From setting up the appointment, to the service being performed
This was my first complimentary maintenance (oil change/tire rotation/check) for my 2024 Trailblazer at this dealership. In two words: totally incompetent. For the service I mentioned it took about 1 hr and 45 min. When I got back in my car the dash display was left on something different that I never used. I could not figure out how to get back my usual dash display and called the service adviser outside and asked him to show me how to change it. He could not. He drove my car back to the mechanic. Made my appointment. Got me in the next morning. Was in at 8:20 and out by about 9. Was a routine maintenance with oil change. Service with a smile!
