I called on April 28 and scheduled a meeting for April 30 for an estimate. Gaines was a no-show. When I followed up, we rescheduled for Friday, May 2 and I was asked to remind him the night before of our meeting, which I did. We discussed what I was looking to have done- it was a minor project and could be completed in an hour or two so it was the perfect job for the end of a day.
