Staff is friendly and very helpful! I purchased a charm for my mother in law's birthday and the sales associate offered to wrap it for me.it was beautifully wrapped! I will definitely be back.
The Gaines Family are amazing !! My family has been buying from them since the mid sixties. Gaines has high quality jewelry, watches and an excellent repair team. Everyone working there makes you feel like you are part of the Gaines Family !! My “go to” jewelry store for my lifetime !!!
I went in to get some help and Angela with the short white hair was very rude to me and was very snarky. I was kind and asked simple questions and she was very off putting in her response and was not very helpful. Definitely poor customer service.
I needed the diamond in my wedding ring tightened. I needed it done quickly as I had my son’s wedding reception to go to. Holly made sure it was done overnight. It was cleaned and polished and looked beautiful when I picked it up.
