The service was great they took care of me.
I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Every single person is friendly and knowledgeable. Angela is the person who usually takes care of me but any time she has been unavailable someone steps up and they never disappoint. Today was the 4th time they have customize jewelry for me. Just when I think I can’t love a piece more they out do themselves. It doesn’t matter if you are buying a piece outright or having something customized this is the place you want to be. Gaines Jewlery is absolutely wonderful to do business with. I lost one of my diamonds from my wedding ring, which is devastating. The staff is amazing! I want to especially mention Angela, she was so helpful and took time to explain the issue with my ring and what they were going to do to fix it. My ring was repaired, sized down and plated in 5 business days and looks beautiful! Thank you for the great experience!!!
