This is the WORST apartment management group I have ever seen. The manager at Cypress Lakes in Frisco, TX, "Mayra" is the most conceited and disrespectful manager I have ever spoken with. Our car was broken into TWICE, once our tires being stolen off the car, and they said "it's your problem" even though their gates are always broken and their lights are always out. From top to bottom, the WORST apartment management I have ever seen or heard of in my life.
They manage their apartments terribly and you will never be able to get a hold of someone at the company. Application process took longer than it should have. Move-in was a nightmare. I went to tour the apartment for the first time and it had an AWFUL smell. Even the leasing agent who toured it with me admitted it and said she’ll look into it. The apartment was also not clean. Crooks; their complex added bogus charges after I moved out and I spoke with the regional manager Zodi Ragsfale who’s more useless than the property manager/staff. I’m being charged for “scratches on the counter” cleaning fees after I had signed a cleaning agreement with them: they halted the service and didn’t notify me and proceeded to charge me $98 to clean a 1 bd. Looking to file a suit against them.
Awful management company and awful residences. Have been trying to get in contact with their staff over a month.
If you wannabe Jammed up move to the Winsted apts! The person under me is not lying ! They did the same thing to me causing me a total financial jam! Run from this property company or any apts affiliated, they are snakes and con artists & wrong as two left shoes !!
