They seem to be concerned. But they're pretty slow. I guess that's not a bad thing. I would rather live not hurry, but I think they've had my car 3 weeks now. Other than that, it's been okay.
I was referred by a friend. Mr. Gaines happened to be working the register. Taking time out to look at the tailgate latch, he brought me the broken part. Within minutes a new part was ordered that came in over the weekend. Arriving with the truck about 8:45am this morning, they were done by 11am having slipped my truck into the repair stream for today. The bill seems fair and I'm satisfied with the work. These are nice people. I recommend this business.
