Crack-head apartments. Don't rent from them unless you are a crack-head yourself and love bed bugs. The place is infested with them. I missed one month of rent and they are taking me to court and charging me the court fee' s as well. Plus lied in court when i did pay them $690 and i was only $390 past due. Then they will just take your money and kick you out anyway. Run away from GAINS old hospital office building too. They are crooks.. wish someone had told me about them before I moved in.
