The rate was high. The customer service was good. Their Fintech was decent, and helped automate the annuity process smoothly, which can be a pain with other annuity companies. I had a few hundred thousand with them in a roth Annuity. They paid out what they promised, but I wound up moving my money to Fidelity for another investment. I would consider using them again.
