I had a great experience at axam dentists. I had scheduled an appointment at the wrong dental office for my daughter by mistake. I went to axam dentists office thinking the appointment was with them. They were very understanding and still saw my daughter. Everyone's know that the office stays extemely busy. So, I really appreciate them for still seeing my daughter. 💕
I had an extremely unprofessional experience during my visit. The appointment was rushed, and Dr. Axam did not perform a cleaning and a list of everything "wrong". Instead, I was told I had multiple cavities—information that turned out to be false—only to be pressured into an unnecessary deep cleaning. Additionally, there was an aggressive attempt to upsell me on cleaning products I did not need.
