Not real happy about the grooming we received Wednesday. Dropped my Cocker Spaniel off like normal at 9:30, we'll get a call around 2:00 that his clippers broke and he only had my dog half way finished and said we can pick her up, who sends a dog out half clipped? I called and talked to the girl at the desk who promised the office manager would be calling me back, that didn't happen. My Abby was so ashamed of herself she hid under the table all night. I cannot praise the staff at Gailor enough for their exceptional service and care. If there were more stars I'd give them. I've been taking my fur babies to this clinic for the past couple of years for vaccinations and routine procedures and every experience has been great. We just went through a spay procedure yesterday and I was very nervous, but Dr. Herre and the girls made me feel comfortable, never rushed, addressed all questions and concerns as if we were the only patients there. Best animal care in area. They care about the pets and also are very good at their jobs. Their way with the animals is also fantastic. Highly recommend!

My baby was a nervous wreck the staff and doctors here are amazing.... Very friendly very helpful and youre not left waiting all day to be seen.
