I am fairly new to Gailor Animal Clinic but it was highly recommended to me after my previous vet retired. In the past 6 months I have been many times with all 3 of my elderly girls and cannot stress enough, the wonderful work that the Doctors, Techs and Admin staff do. I was shown so much love and compassion when I had to put my Maisy to sleep and it helped in what was such a tragic event. Keep up the good work, see you next week for round 2 of Tilly's Acupuncture. All I know is that I'm VERY grateful for Dr Gailor and his WONDERFUL Staff , all though my Dog is no longer with me , I still stop by just to say hello to the people at this amazing Animal Hospital, Dr Gailor was with me through all 15 years with my rescue Mick and was by my side at the end , one of the darkest days of my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gailor Animal Hospital!

The people at the front desk are very friendly, and they answer any question that I may have. And Dr. Renck is professional and very sweet! I will never take my pets anywhere else! :)

Not real happy about the grooming we received Wednesday. Dropped my Cocker Spaniel off like normal at 9:30, we'll get a call around 2:00 that his clippers broke and he only had my dog half way finished and said we can pick her up, who sends a dog out half clipped? I called and talked to the girl at the desk who promised the office manager would be calling me back, that didn't happen. My Abby was so ashamed of herself she hid under the table all night. I cannot praise the staff at Gailor enough for their exceptional service and care. If there were more stars I'd give them. I've been taking my fur babies to this clinic for the past couple of years for vaccinations and routine procedures and every experience has been great. We just went through a spay procedure yesterday and I was very nervous, but Dr. Herre and the girls made me feel comfortable, never rushed, addressed all questions and concerns as if we were the only patients there.
