I've been a customer of Gailes' for almost two years now, and they have always been extremely friendly, efficient, well-organized, and helpful through both renting and purchasing violins and a cello for my four children. We've had only great customer service from all the staff, and we especially love working with Susan and Lindsay -- thanks, ladies!
