Gail is FANTASTIC! She cared for me for over 15 yrs. until I had to move. I had been to many doctors and many med changes. I have been seeing Gail since I was 15. She got me stable and helped protect me from my abusive mother and make sure I was always able to get my medications. Her staff has always been kind to me, and she has always gotten back to my calls and questions as soon as she can. I probably wouldnt be alive if it wasn't for her.

Gail is very easy to talk to and spends as much time with her clients as needed. The office staff are friendly and efficient.
I've seen Gail Ziv since I was a child, and she has always been fully transparent with me. She carefully explained before and after any prescription I've been given. I'm a drug resistant patient. I tend to have adverse reactions to most medications, as a result, I've been prescribed dozens of individual medications. I have been dealing with depression, ADD and other issues for more than twenty years. With great success. In that time I have never met a psychiatric provider with more knowledge and skill than Gail. In addition, her friendly demeanor makes it easy to work with her. She has helped me tremendously - her approach is very thorough, and she takes the time to listen to my questions. I have noticed since the staff has changed and for the better, that Gail runs more on time and phones are answered. I also like the fact that calls are returned same day, if I have to leave a message. I understand that Gail may run late because she gives her full attention to her patients and wants to take of their needs, instead of rushing them out the door.
