Horrible surgeon and doctor. She could not located my appendix and it eventually burst. I had a suspected appendicitis while 9 months pregnant. I came to Scripps La Jolla with all the classic appendicitis symptoms. Gail Tominaga was the general surgeon present during my C-section. Before going to the OR, I was told that I was "lucky" as they could remove my appendix during the C-section. Dr Tominaga saved my life 8 years ago. I was shot in the stomach and she was quick to Opperator. I vividly remember, as I was about to fade away and a woman with long black hair said clear a room. I woke up in intensive care and to this day i wish her the best for her skills and appreciate every day. Thank you so much!
