Wow where to begin...is there a zero stars? Nothing against the dentist but his front office(especially office manager , and you can't make this stuff up, KAREN) so dysfunctional and just bad at customer service. My friend told me about this dentist and after me and my husband went for a cleaning, we finally have found our new dentist! The office personnel and hygienist were very friendly and professional as was Dr. Steven Erbeck. After four good years Lower my stars since the office went to Cincinnati dental group, they used to do predetermine on crowns and dental work. I called after cleaning in March to see if they would do a predetermine for a crown took them over a month to do. Now they say they don’t do that anymore. The office... read more
On time, efficient and very cordial!
Dr. Erbeck is the best! I had a root canal at this visit. I couldn't trust any one other than him to do it. He made sure, I was numb and not feeling any pain as he proceeded. Communication was great between he and his assistant. I closed my eyes through the whole procedure. He is precise, honest, and has done other dental work for me that has been excellent.
