No any knowledge. No any respect for patients. I was bleeding and needed to wait 17 days for her to see me!! When you will get appointment, you will spend your day waiting for her to finish her coffee in the next room. Don't accept her to be your doctor, not even a dog walker.
The office is extremely unprofessional, as far as respect for people's time. I took time off to be here, and I never was seen by the Dr. No one could help me. The doctor suddenly had to leave the office, and was told to wait as long as I could, maybe she would be back soon. The whole morning was a big load of wasted energy. I was waiting for my colp results, and had some anxiety over it. Now it's through the roof. Shame on them, and their terrible, broken system.
I have no clue where to start but I have nothing good to say. Everything is rushed and she never listens to you. Unfortunately this is my one and only pregnancy and it hasn’t been a pleasant experience with her.
She may be busy a lot or they may make you wait a while sometimes-but overall I love her and her workers! I’ve came for my first born everything was great they took great care of me. I even came back for my second pregnancy! I love them! My mom told me about them when I first got pregnant because she had all her 5 kids with her including me lol
Very disappointed in service. they were trying to put me on a shot without any explanation of exactly what the shot is and the side effects it would have on my body. I felt pressured and very uncomfortable.. when refusing to go through with the shot based on my better judgment and Faith I was told I can no longer revive care from her because I am putting her at risk I should be able to make decisions on my body as being the one to carry my own child.she discontinued my care over a check .SAD
first time at this practice. I was seen by the N.P. I loved her, very nice and took her time with the questions. All of the office staff was very nice and professional. I will continue my care there.
Love Gail Mallard Warren! She has been taking care of me since 2000. Great service!! ??????Im really Glad I met her & the whole staff!! ???? So, Thank you & the whole staff!! For taking care of me & my 6 children!! ??????
First I should note that in 3 visits I have never laid eyes on Dr. Mallard-Warren - I have only seen her staff. I would be very cautious before visiting this practice. It is not necessarily that the care is bad, but they are very much a cash grab business and will take every opportunity to find reasons to bill for care that is not necessary. They have held a prescription hostage to force me to come in for another office visit, even though all they did was hand the piece of paper to me.
