She's seen my son two times since he was a baby. The first time was a breeze he just received some flouride but the 2nd time we waited over an hour because she had some business to handle and couldn't keep her appointment with us. We did reschedule and luckily I returned the next morning and was seen. They do get busy, as a parent I am impressed with the service except that one time we waited. They also educated us on how to floss my toddler's teeth and brushing so he can maintain a healthy teeth and handsome smile.
