Gail Bernucca is dishonest and incompetent. Check out her record with the state. She has a pattern of dishonesty. She is also the president of the HOA board that is withholding video footage of a board members husband creepily video recording children in the parking garage. Absolutely disgusting. Be careful when conducting any business with her!

Gail is shamelessly dishonest. Be careful conducting business with her. Update 12/23/22: Since posting the above review, she has harassed my family and threatened legal action against me for posting this review. Her MO is to be dishonest and then attempt to bully her way out of the situation using her attorney. She is relentless.
