Bought the beginners Yoga 2 DVD set and tried to start today... I say tried because I spent the first half of my 30 minutes hearing all about how awesome they are... could not fast forward or skip thru this stuff at all - I tired - trust me.... when they finally got to the poses I was able to do 4 before I had to end it (only had 30 minutes today)... maybe the 2nd video will be better but this one only stressed me out for listening to all the bs at the beginning which defeats the purpose of yoga.... #yogafail
Rodney Yee is my greatest instructor. Love sculpt and tone ballet!! Jest getting into Pilates with Ana and she is very likeable. Thank you Gaiam. I can't wait to visit sometime.
A Long Overdue Thank You - 3 years ago I got a Gaiam bag from my mom for Christmas, big enough for gym stuff and a handy spot to hold my yoga mat. This bag had been used practically daily since and is still going strong! My go-to travel bag, it has seen countless roadtrips and festivals, been to 8 countries, and even carried a heavy laptop through airport security too many times to count [not its obvious intended purpose!] happy to report - not one tear or hole yet! I like Gaiam (& have owned an Ana Caban cd from you guys for over a decade). But please check on what's going on with your current Groupon ad. It touts the possibility of "Win[ning] Your Dream Yoga Studio!" Clearly false, especially when the very next click takes you to a nonfunctional web page where you are supposed to make your own Gaiam ad in order to enter to win a $300 gift card - sadly, not enough to buy my dream yoga studio ;) even if the page were working.
