The service on the phone IS NONEXISTENT. I was calling for information on taking the medicine given and was not answered or responded to. The meds are supposed to be taken before we go in but was never told how long before to take them. I tried calling multiple times with no reply for the MEDICINE that was given. Maybe they’re very nice but medication awareness for patients is of upmost concern not something you forward to voicemails and never calling back. (24hr call back that never actually calls back)
They REFUSE to hire more people to work the phone to keep as much profits it seems. I just wish they could answer their phones so they could help…

Awful awful will be if you want someone that’s compassionate, caring and understanding don’t go to her!!! She lacks empathy and she’s condescending. I wouldn’t trust her delivering my baby. She needs to get out of the business. Her bedside manner is awful. Worst experience
Will not consider VBAC for patients “anymore”. Forcing major surgery for ease and decreased liability is poor medical practice. Rather surprised for a doctor who is affiliated with Tampa General.
