I wish I had used for my first two pregnancies! The entire staff is so kind and friendly. I cried after my first appointment because I was not used to that kind of care. What a wonderful group of women work here! The hospital Dr. Mateer delivers at was also an amazing experience. I highly recommend ☺️ Thank you so much for a stress and drama free pregnancy experience.

I’m so incredibly thankful for this whole team and the care they’ve shown me. I’ve been trying to figure out what’s been causing my pain for over three years, and they helped me get answers in less than a month. It means more than I can even put into words 🤍

I can only say great things about this place. The staff, very kind and Dr. Mateer has been the best gynecologist I have had so far. She is so understanding and I never feel rushed when she is explaining things to me. She is very caring and just so different from the others. When I first started coming here, my anxiety made it somewhat difficult for me, they were so good to me through all of that, so patient, and I feel so much more comfortable now because of all of that. The service on the phone IS NONEXISTENT. I was calling for information on taking the medicine given and was not answered or responded to. The meds are supposed to be taken before we go in but was never told how long before to take them. I tried calling multiple times with no reply for the MEDICINE that was given. Maybe they’re very nice but medication awareness for patients is of upmost concern not something you forward to voicemails and never calling back. (24hr call back that never actually calls back)
