The worst client service I have ever had. The lady at reception was rude, not a single person was warm or welcoming. Luckily, the cut was ok. I will definitely not be going back.
I have been going to Sunny for over 12 months and could not be happier. She is a highly skilled colourist and hair stylist who goes above and beyond to ensure you leave very happy with your new cut and colour. Her extensive knowledge of scalp and hair care has vastly improved the condition of my hair, and I love the Aveda products she uses. I would highly recommend Gaia Hair & Beauty.
My wife and I have been visiting Gaia for over 2 years. Every visit has been an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. My stylists, Sunny and Jin, always take the time to understand exactly what I want and consistently deliver flawless results. I’m always very happy with the outcome and would definitely continue coming back.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it feels more like a proper self-care ritual than just a hair appointment.
