Total Relaxation This is one of the best spas I have been to. When you first check in, they will take you to the relaxation room, where they will offer you teas, flavored waters, cookies, muffins, and fruit. You can sit and relax in this peaceful room before and after your treatments. The massages are excellent, and the European facials are incredible. They will massage your feet, scalp, neck, and shoulders during the facial too! Awesome!

You will leave there feeling AMAZING and so relaxed! This has to be the best and most beautiful spa in town. It is in the heart of La Jolla, right above the coves. When you check in for your appointment, you are greeted with a citrus or cucumber ice water and taken to this serene relaxation room. The rooms are beautiful and have a great smell with relaxing music. It is very quiet and all about peace. I left there feeling amazing after a massage and facial. Can't wait to go back.

Great massage! Save your pennies for this wonderfully relaxing experience. Great massage therapy with kind hands and gentle souls. I appreciate their knowledge and willingness to pamper and care for their guests.

Consider this Spa! Gaia Day Spa has a really relaxing atmosphere in the midst of a busy downtown La Jolla shopping area. The staff are very nice, and the facility is well designed for the purpose of making you feel very relaxed and pampered. It is a little expensive, but all nice spas are. It is perfect for visitors staying in downtown La Jolla looking for an afternoon getaway on their trip. Parking is hard, but there is a lot below the building and I think they still validate for the time you are at the spa. Enjoy this spec... read more
