To start, the customer service staff (Erin) and the technicians are excellent. I appreciate the work they did and the support they provided. The one star rating is due to the quoting process and the leadership -- at least the leadership I had contact with. The lack of transparency, high price tag, and inconsistency in quote language are my main issues. For example, I was told that I "had" to get a new thermostat as part of the remedy for my situation. I had my HVAC installed by Gahanna Heating and Cooling just one year ago, and now it is making a horrendous noise without me doing anything to it. When I called for help, the receptionist on the phone was dismissive and completely unhelpful with scheduling. Even though this was an urgent issue because the unit isn’t working properly, she didn’t offer to send anyone out for two full days.
