To start, the customer service staff (Erin) and the technicians are excellent. I appreciate the work they did and the support they provided. The one star rating is due to the quoting process and the leadership -- at least the leadership I had contact with. The lack of transparency, high price tag, and inconsistency in quote language are my main issues. For example, I was told that I "had" to get a new thermostat as part of the remedy for my situation. I’m a caregiver for a older gentleman that lives in Gahanna and his air and heater went out in September 2024 and I called them and they came out and put a new heater and air conditioner in there home and they did an excellent job They were very nice and they let us know everything they were doing as they were installing it They cleaned up everything and they came back twice when we had some questions about some things I would recommend them to everyone I know
Ghanna Heating and Cooling is honest and can be trusted. I called for an estimate after another company said my furnace needed to be replaced. The sales person came out and looked at the furnace and disagreed. He then sent out their lead technician to check the whole system and he said it didn’t need to be replaced and showed me the test results and photos. They now have a new client going forward.
