I am beyond pleased with the service I received here at Gahanna Eye Associates. When I called to schedule my first appointment I spoke with Sara the receptionist and she was able to have me seen by Dr. Dennis within the next day. Upon meeting both receptionist, they were welcoming and inviting. Upon meeting Dr. Dennis he was very thorough, detailed, and understanding of my needs. Dr Dennis is great. He is very thorough and takes his time explaining everything he’s doing and his findings. . I am diabetic so he keeps a close watch on my eyesight and always forwards my results to my GP. The rest of the staff members are helpful and kind. I had a small issue with my first time progressive lenses, and they made a few adjustments to my prescription and ordered me new lenses right away. My kids and I have gone here for years and will continue to do so!

I have brought my mother in for the last few years to get her glasses Yvonne/Lela have always been very kind and helpful. The new office staff were very rude. My mother was very offended several times by the girl helping us pick out glasses with statements she made I believe her name was Sarah. She should watch her language. We refuse to give off our business to your practice. And we hate to do this as you are are small independent Dr. but your staff is terrible, and very unwelcoming.
