I had a good experience here. I paid with a card about a year ago, so I am not sure what the previous commenter is talking about.. The doctor is really nice and through, he even examined my (old, damaged) pair to determine if they were fixable (sadly, as suspected, they were not).. They even helped me with a rebate that helped save me a lot of money! I came here coz I'm overdue to have my eyes checked and needed their phone number to make an appointment.
I was overcharged $30 for contact lenses and it was a real hassle to get a refund even though I never even picked them up & it was only one day after I ordered them! Staff was very argumentative & extremely unhelpful! No one returned any of my phone calls even after they said they would & after I called & left messages! I finally got a check and then had to go to the bank to deposit it just because they wouldn't just swipe my card!
