This place is great! The staff was quick to respond, personable, and honest. My car was having trouble cranking and visited a Pep Boys that quoted me $800 for an alternator replacement. Went to Gagnon's for a second opinion and they told me all I needed was a battery replacement -- saved me over $600 AND were incredibly helpful every step of the way. I won't go anywhere else but Gagnon's from now on!
Highly recommend this company. I've taken all of my vehicles there for maintenance and other issues for 5 years now. Mike and Jason have always been highly professional and top notch communicators.
The team at Gagnon's are amazing. My truck needed some work on it and not knowing where to take it. Don recommended them, since he had his vehicles repaired there. They were quick, efficient and gave me status updates along with prices. I am thoroughly pleased and will definitely go to them whenever I need my truck or any other vehicle repaired. I have found my new hometown repair place. Thank you for an amazing job.
