I really enjoyed working with Breanna and her team. She really helped me feel safe and heard throughout the proceedings, and the office was such a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Breanna Smallman was appointed to me through Legal Aid. After I explained that I signed a document without legal advice she stated "well that was stupid" and told me my case was unwinable. Breanna spoke directly with the opposing party before speaking with me informing them of their rights as they pertain to this matter. She then quit as my attorney after 6 months and no progress was made in my case right before the dealine to file my application leaving me to represent myself in court.
