They did a fantastic job! The techs were on time, finished in a timely manner, and gave us loads of information about our wood insert that we wouldn’t have otherwise known. The prices are very reasonable and costumer service is bar none the best. I highly recommend Gagnon clay products to anyone interested in stone and/or fireplaces!

I’ve worked with Gagnon on three separate occasions for our personal homes, and have always had great service. Scott Robertson specifically has been extremely patient with my indecisiveness. He’s been resourceful when I’ve asked for addresses to better visualize products and their colors, and he was timely on his responses. My husband is a builder and I’m a designer who works in a customer-service driven atmosphere, and again, we both are very comfortable putting our trust in Gagnon Clay Products!
Offer timely estimates and stick to installation timelines. Fix the obviously broken "job information " system. And when a customer has a problem - offer customer service. Instead I was offered installation by a lesser installer if I wanted it. Very Disappointed.
As its gotten cooler again this fall, I tried turning on our fireplace and it wouldn't start. So I called Gagnon Clay Products to see if they could come to service it. Chris gave me very easy directions so we could "reset" our fireplace. Really appreciate it! We love our fireplace, so happy for the help, and looking forward to use it tonight!
