I recently had a major open heart bypass operation done at the Morristown Medical Center Gagnon facilility. It was outstanding in every way imaginable. My physician team of Dr John Brown (surgeon), Dr Savgi, and Dr Bachman saved my life as i had no prior symptoms. They were all amazing! All the nurses were tremendous and caring and especially Sylvia and Lisa in Gagnon 5 and Alicia in Gagnon 4. All of the assistants, techs etc were knowladgable and caring. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the experience I had this time at Morristown Medical Center. My last visit was due to back surgery at a surgical center that had some complications so I was transferred to the emergency room where I experienced some disturbing treatment that got better as time went on but still was not up to the standards I would expect of MMC for my seven day stay.
