I am in the Near South Neighborhood in Lincoln. my house is 110 years old. Gagner rebuilt my my chimney from the roof up about 10 ft. and it looks great. However, the chimney that stood for ONE HUNDRED AND TEN YEARS is losing mortar on the North side after only about 12 years after GAGNER rebuilt it.
