I bought a 2016 F150 back in December 28th 2024 and went to get oil change at my Ford dealer here and was told the water pump was leaking and at lease 1or 2 manifold bolts were broken off on both sides. Plus it has a bad Strut too.3 months after I bought the truck Call to talked to Adam and he played stupid with me. I told him I had Bumper to Bumper and He said you have Bumper to Bumper Warranty right use it. Never again will I buy a truck from these crooks. How do these people sleep at night taking advantage of good people.

I’m not sure how this dealership(Gagne Ford) is getting any of these high reviews, but if I were to go back in time I wish I would’ve never bought my truck from them. I have only had the truck for about 2 months and it has been nothing but issues and putting money into it. I was lied to multiple times at the dealership about the a warrant that apparently I don’t have even though they said I do. As well as the oil being changed in which is wasn’t.
