Bought the geo from them still on warranty and they don't service their past customers.
Terrible company.
Bought a home that had a geo-thermal put in in 2015. Well, it quit working and they came out here and worked on it in Aug of 2017. It didn't fix it and charged us $215. Was told they will order the part and get back with us next week. Mind you I have a 7 month pregnant wife and 3 small children. I had to call 4 times in a weeks time to finally get an answer. My experiences with Gagel have not been good at all. I'm able to get people to come out but they don't call when they are coming and they don't call back when they say they will. The communication is terrible! I would never use them again.
