Bad management. it takes them forever to repair damages. I had my garage lights off for almost three months is and they keep telling me we will fix it and they never do. Garbage always accumulates and starts to smell before they decide to take it out. Also, hallways smells like cigarette smoke and I brought that to the manager attention so many times and still unsolved.

I have lived at this building for approx 15 months (still currently residing here as I write this review). I have to say, these previous negative reviews are very outdated. I have never had an issue with pests and/or bedbugs... I would not live in a place like that... trust me. I love living here, Alris and Abe (building managers) keep the lobbies and hallways very clean. Often, I will see them cleaning the elevators, laundry room, lobby and entrances every Saturday and Sunday. It's quiet on the weekends which is a great plu... read more

I went there today I was delivering pizza. It was brutal experience I ever got in canada. I don’t know the name of lady came from the office and stop me entering in building very rudely. I know its my fault that I didn’t read paper note floating on the door was not even pasted properly. But i feel very bad by how she behave.
