Jacqueline is the best! This is the second time I've used her to sell a property. The first time I had gone through two other agents who were not able to get the job done. Then I found Jacqueline. She took over, came up with a marketing plan, and was able to get the house sold. The second time I used her she was able to get 5 offers in the first week on the market and the house sold for well over the asking price and was the highest to sell in the subdivision. She gets the job done!

Jacqueline Gage is a deal maker. You can tell as soon as you decide to go for a property. She is extremely thorough and coordinates with everyone involved to make sure it is all in line. She worked very hard for us to get the best deal we could get. After much back and forth, Jacqueline landed us a $15k price reduction and a $10k credit toward closing costs, worth 5% of asking price!
