Went there in Feb 2014 for abdominal pain and had a large cyst on my ovary. They did an MRI and failed to follow thru or tell me that there was a mass on my ovary. I am now having major surgery in November 2015 because that mass has grown into my colon and blocked my bowel, and is possibly cancer or just a return of the endometritis... this should have been removed in 2014 and I would not have been so sick for 3 months , lost 80 pounds because I could not eat , suffered extreme abdominal pain... missed 2 months of work
