The staff is very polite and professional. With that said, the doctor/owner of this office. Is an absolutely HORRIBLE person! His bedside manor is nonexistent! Two of my kids have been to this office, one 17 one 12. Both of which have been to the dentist since they were 3 or 4. I mention that, because they know how the dentist works and how it's not pleasant sometimes. This dentist, from his manorisms to his lack of empathy and his lack of respect for his clients.
