I went to Gagan Barbers today and I got there a few minutes after closing time (5:35pm) — but they still welcomed me with a smile and gave me an amazing haircut without any rush at all! Most disappointed with the customer service from Gagan, I walked in at 4:05pm at the shop, there were four customers sitting on the couches and one getting their hair cut. I had brought my 12 yo and 3 yo boys to get a haircut. I even asked if he would cut hair today, and he nodded and gestured me to sit on the sofa.
