Wow. My friend had a flat tire so in a scramble, I texted Gaff around 9pm on a weeknight for her. Scheduling her for a repair the next day was smooth as butter. Gaff not only helped get her a great deal on tires & save her money, his communication was prompt & he gave us a heads up when he was on the way, & was also very nice. The installation of two new tires + a rotation took him less than 30 minutes.
