Great place, always helpful.
Great experience with your staff. We lost our power Thursday 07/09/2020 in the storm that hit Elgin. We had a huge tree that took out our household powerline and left a live wire on Mallery Ave in Elgin. After multiple calls to com-ed about the seriousness of the situation, with no crews dispatched to assist, your staff were driving by on the way to another call and we flagged them down.
