I want to point out that I only contribute reviews for someone that I feel goes above and beyond. Mrs. Del Virginia is absolutely 1 of those exceptions. My group was introduced to her a few weeks back and it was worth it. I closed on 2 properties recently that I purchased directly from her thru her bank relationships. 2 properties with extreme issues that she hand delivered to me on a platter. Based on my personal experience, I found her to be extremely unprofessional. Her behavior in business settings felt aggressive and disrespectful, and it made me uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I would not choose to work with her or recommend her services.
My experience with Gaetana has been most positive and impactful. A real contributor to the community and good causes. I'm proud and appreciative to be a recipient of such kindness. Well wishes!

I was guided every step of the way, trusted Gaetana completely, bought the house of my dreams over the phone on facetime!
