Response and staff were excellent. The receptionist sat in a dark room, barely spoke, was not welcoming at all, and tried to submit double. billing for me even though I told her I was leaving and canceling my registration before I was seen. Not friendly or reassuring. I returned later and was seen.
I had to go in as a referral from urgent care for a neck CT scan and the care that I received was wonderful. This was my very first time there. They explained everything to me and were caring and compassionate. I hope to never return but its nice to know that we have a great ER here in town and not have to go into Tallahassee.
They were very helpful and nice. Thank you for their service.
