As a daughter is very scary when a parent has a stroke and is a hard decision to be apart but let me tell you my story about this place and my mom I love it there is not one place better that I know of than this place my mom is treated with dignity and respect with love and patience and all her needs are right there and I love that they inform me of everything that needs to get done or has been done and the nurses and cna nurses are very well trained and very lovable I am amazed with their service and I appreciate it so much... read more
I would not give any stars if it were possible. The outside entrance looked sketchy as you drive by the dumpster and debris. The parking lot does not have a good flow and is not well marked. The rails going to the entrance are in need of painting and the ash tray by the door was full of cigarette butts in need of emptying. The door I did not know was locked and you needed a code to enter. I pulled on the door and it is weak and flexible from people pulling on it to get it open. No visible security staff upon entrance. Literally ZERO stars. Do NOT put your family in this facility. There is mold on the vents, bugs in the rooms, doors to outside don’t lock, and the staff is rude! My 86 year old grandmother went here from the hospital and they couldn’t even be bothered to get her a bedside commode. This place needs to be closed down!
I recently called the business office and spoke with Ms. Maynor. She was so sweet and answered all my questions.
