Does not answer the phone! Refuses to have discharge meeting! Does not discharge when supposed too! No communication whatsoever! This needs to be shut down!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is the most unprofessional rehab center in the state of Alabama. I cannot imagine there being one worse than Gadsden Health and Rehab. Please, for the sake of your loved ones, do not take anyone you love or care about to this place. They are mean, angry, starve their patients, and refuse to give prescribed medicines. I was a patient here. The care and attention was atrocious.
Don’t treat there staff with respect. Also management has created a hostile work environment. Management don’t get both sides of a story before they decide to terminate someone. Nurses don’t care about people loved ones. They terminate the hard great workers and leave the lazy pathetic ones there that leave people family members in soiled diapers for 8 plus hours.
I worked there as a housekeeper and EVERY Single person that works as a housekeeper there is fake and sneaky, they will be sweet to you in your face then as soon as you leave the room they make fun of you. And I’m a single mom with 3 kids they fired me because I “called out to much” and almost every time I had a doctors excuse from my kids provider) all 3 of my kids are at home with 103 fevers and I have absolutely no help when they end up sick. So if you have kids or mature at all I don’t recommend working here.
