First, during my initial appointment, the reception staff/check-in process was chaotic, at best. I wasn't seen until more than 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. My appointment with Doctor Pratt was an utterly horrible experience and not at all commiserate with the other review. Though I have bilateral fractured bones in my feet, her solution was pieces of foam stuffed into my shoe that exasperated my issues with neuropathy.
