RecommendedWe’ve seen Rana Davis since moving to the area in February. She is very thorough, kind and listens to her patients. I love the ease of being able to schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments online. The nursing staff I’ve seen has been wonderful as have the front desk ladies and lab assistants.
Natasha could be a little more polite on the phone. This facility does not accept Medicaid??!!!!! Wow! Must be nice charging what they want>
I see Rana Davis she is great in my opinion. She has only been here about 6 months. Dr Sandra Carpenter was my doctor for years and Davis took her place. I really like her. She always listens to what I have to say and is so sweet, I think she went to Southside High School.. She is on facebook if you want to look her up. I am happy here myself. Maybe you just need to try a different doctor.
I have hypothyroidism, which Dr. Wren diagnosed. I have been so sick and ended up in the ER once and a heart Cath soon after because my symptoms were so bad. In all of this, she made me feel like I'm crazy and that its my fault that I'm sick. I truly walked out of her office in tears after my last follow up. I will never go back.
Dr. Wren and her staff, except her Nurse, was worse and rudeist people i ever deal with in the health field. I kept caring my mom to Dr. Wren, because she was dizzy and weak, we did go every couple of weeks and month, the staff at the desk told me , is your mom back again!! with a unfriendly smile, I knew something was bad wrong with my mom!! so we got a appt, and we just wanted a medical reason ,why my mom was so weak and dizzy, she's passed out couple of times. all Dr, Wren could say , was i did not know this, and we said ... read more
I have been having trouble with my throat for awhile now and I have told Dr. Wren several times. Her response to me the last time I had an appt with her was that if that was the worst thing that ever happened to me, to consider myself lucky. That's all she did; she basically ignored my problem. I finally asked her to refer me to a doctor in B'Ham. I left her office feeling ridiculed, belittled and foolish for mentioning my throat.. I found out in B'ham that it is fried from reflux, I have allergies and one if my vocal cords ... read more
If u r n pain or have bad nerves. Better go some place else. I have chronic pain, n this doc won't give shit! But I do have another doc to go to. With that being said. I am looking for a new family doctor.
