I went in 2 weeks ago with a cracked screen due to a toddler throwing my phone. They replaced the screen and everything was OK. There was some gunk around the edges of the screen and I was extremely annoyed that i had to pay for the service before it was even done, but whatever the phone was fixed. I brought in my Samsung s5 with a cracked up screen, I went a few doors down for food, and a half hour later my phone is fixed and extra parts were repaired as well. Worth it
