Fixed my moto x 3rd gen (a somewhat obscure phone that a place I won't name that starts with a lower case i, refused to work on) in only a couple hours. I actually didn't come back till the next day for it just to find out it had been finished the night before! Also very friendly guy I talked to, I forget his name this was almost 3 months ago. Highly recommend.

Took my phone in to get the screen resealed.. The person who said he fixed it did absolutely nothing to fix it and then said that the screen had to be replaced, even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Went and got a second opinion on it and was told that there was no repair made to the phone and the actual problem was the phone frame. Won't trust these guys to do any work on any future devices should a problem arise.
