One of the worst realtors in GA. He is rude, arrogant, and disrespectful to his clients. I would stay very far away. Doesn’t represent you properly and lies to you. He is a bad person don’t hire him
Cleve and his team helped me sell my house, which I was doing for the first time. Their process for renovating the house and selling it was simple and much easier than making repairs on my own. Anne and Kelly were amazing and could not have done it without them. If I ever sell a house again, I would happily use Gaddis Partners again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell (or buy for that matter)!
It's always a little scary calling a real estate agent you don't know because there are some super fake and dishonest folks in the business. After looking at the Google reviews and Cleeve's picture I took a chance. Liz, the person who answered the phone, is down to Earth, honest, and well organized.
