Worked with Dixie Fitzpatrick who was very rude and unprofessional. She would CC people on emails containing my personal information. Any time we would ask a simple question, she was rude or wouldn't respond to emails at all. On numerous occasions she misspelled mine and my boyfriend's name, including on our final travel documents. We will never use this company again all because of Dixie.
