Karen was great!
I went in to get a giftcard for my daughter in law for xmas. They have a friendly staff. Parking is easy. I was in and out in 10 minutes. It appears to be a very busy salon, that offers quite a few services.
Cancelled my appt at the last minute. No call. No attempt to reschedule. Just texted saying I would need to make a new appt. Why would I bother? Good bye!
Im so disappointed 😞 I made an appointment for a baylage and an appointment for my mom, we didnt ever get to sit next to each other, while I also asked to be seated next to each other on the phone. The other reason im so disappointed is because I spent over 200 with tip to get a baylage done and my hair barely looks different. All I can see if one of 2 blood streaks in the front, I told her thicker streaks and they are so thin. I feel like what was the point of wasting money on my hair when I feel like you cant barely even ... read more
