My husband was constantly interrupted and spoken down to while he was simply trying to explain the details of his matter. I had a very bad experience with their solicitor Nelson Liaqat and barrister in the final hearing...i very strongly do not recommend. The barrister has been badgering me repeatedly to consent to all unreasonable terms of the other party since 9am,rather than taking my instructions, the solicitor did not acted in my best interests in the matter, i got the worst possible outcome in my case. My experience mirrors the previous review exactly, I went through the same ordeal. Nicolas was assigned to my case shortly before the hearing. While his assistant did put in some effort (the only positive aspect of this firm), however it didn’t change the overall outcome. Nicolas was constantly unavailable, and I didn’t get the chance to meet him or the barrister until the actual day of the hearing.
